About Me:
Everyone has a story. Happy, sad, good, bad, all rolled up in the truth of who we are. We may think we are nothing special, but in fact we are everything to someone. We may just not know it.
The Short story:
I grew up in Nebraska, enjoying life in small town USA; riding horses in summer and sledding the ginormous hills in winter. I'm married to my best friend and together we have three married children, five wonderful grandchildren and four fur-kids. What can I say...my pups are like potato chips, you can’t stop at one. I like to write, hike, watch movies, and dream about the ‘what ifs’ in life, thus spawning the many stories my muse wants to share.

The Long Story:
I was born in Colorado, and moved to Nebraska when I was five. We lived in several different towns in Nebraska but they all had one thing in common, they were all small towns. Boring some may say, but it gave me the opportunity to roam free and create my own adventures. After college, my husband and I moved to Iowa, then Tennessee, only to return to Nebraska and be close to family. I am married to my best friend and together we have three children, five wonderful grandchildren, and four fur-kids. What can I say...my pups are like potato chips, you can’t stop at one. I always loved to read, spending countless hours at the library and signing up for all the reading contests I could. I still have the very first book I ever won after reading every horse story in the library.
I was tagged the story-teller at a young age. I always had a rather wild imagination and as we would sit around the campfire, all eyes would turn to me. So what else could I do, I would share my newest spine-tingling ghost story.
Still want more facts? I was the bratty baby sister to two brothers and two sisters. I broke horses when I was young and got bucked off more than a few times. I enjoy spending time with my family and long walks with my fur-kids. I love pasta and tulips. Yellow tulips to be exact. I like to travel, read and of course...write, write, write.
